Koshu harvested from 60-year-old vines is powerful, with beautiful acidity, resulting in a mineral-rich wine.
It pairs well with fish and vegetables, as well as salt-grilled chicken.

During the distant Sengoku period, the village of Oso-go in Kai Province was home to the Kurokawa gold miners. Our family possesses a vermilion seal letter granted by the Takeda family in Tenbun 12 (1543).
In Tenpo 5 (1834), Kazama Eke founded a sake brewing business. In Showa 61 (1986), Kai Winery Co., Ltd. was established in the kura-yashiki (traditional storehouse residence) that retains its history.
While breathing new life into the traditions and techniques passed down since its founding, we aim to produce high-quality wines that suit the delicate palate and food culture of the Japanese.
