Yamagata Masamune Inazo

A limited-distribution brand exclusively for licensed retailers, based on the concept of "making delicious sake from rice we grew ourselves"!

This brand was born as a symbol of Mitobe Sake Brewery's commitment to cultivating their own sake rice, based on the philosophy that "sake brewing starts with rice cultivation."
It embodies the brewery's desire to pass on sake that leverages the unique characteristics of the land to future generations, with the brewers themselves standing in the rice fields, and their philosophy of integrating agriculture and brewing.

Previously a limited release, it has been relaunched as a year-round product as the proportion of self-grown rice has exceeded 30%.

The taste continues to feature a rich sweetness of rice that finishes cleanly, consistent with the previous sake quality.
While legally required specifications are listed, the sake is primarily brewed with the aim of allowing drinkers to enjoy the vintage of the rice, striving for a brewing process that conveys the true character of that year's rice.

Please enjoy Mitobe Sake Brewery's philosophy as you perceive it.
