This "Kendo," the flagship brand of Kenzo Co., Ltd. Ushinoo Distillery, is brewed using black koji as the base koji and Kogane Sengan, and distilled under atmospheric pressure.
As it is the first year, it is naturally made only with new shochu, without any aged shochu blends.
You can feel the aroma of high-quality steamed sweet potatoes, with the pure umami of sweet potatoes, refined sweetness, and a lingering finish.
