Whale black barley 1800ml
【Kujira no Kuromugi】
Fruity aroma and a clean, crisp taste
It is brewed with "Harushizuku", a barley for shochu grown in Fukuoka Prefecture, and black koji mold, and diluted with "Kotobuki-zuru" water from Tarumizu Onsen. By decompressing and distilling, it brings out an aroma like young fruit, with a refreshing and crisp taste.

Kanoya City, located on the Osumi Peninsula, is an area where sweet potatoes have been cultivated for a long time on a well-drained Shirasu plateau.
Taikai Shuzo is located in Kanoya City, where sweet potato cultivation is thriving, and produces carefully crafted shochu using sweet potatoes meticulously grown by contract farmers.
When shochu brewing begins, the Toji (master brewer) and kurabito (brewery workers) stay at the brewery during the brewing period to make shochu. Rather than relying entirely on machinery, we are committed to making shochu using the five senses of the brewers. As a brand representing the Osumi Peninsula, we will continue to make shochu that is loved by many people.
