The world of gentle, low-alcohol sake, painted by Yui no Ka.

Made with "Yui no Ka" sake rice from Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, and traditional No. 6 yeast.
Based on the sake quality design of "Okuroku Junmai Ginjo Kimoto Unite," this sake highlights the umami unique to Yui no Ka and the kimoto method, while being finished as a low-alcohol sake that can be enjoyed lightly.

When poured into a glass, a fresh, subtle pineapple-like aroma spreads.
Upon tasting, a silky-smooth texture is accompanied by a well-balanced spread of gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity.

This sake offers a light, easy-drinking experience that doesn't feel heavy, gently accompanying meals and becoming more pleasant with each sip.
It is recommended not only as a sake to be enjoyed with meals but also for relaxing times.

"Okuroku" is a limited-edition brand that Iwate Meijo in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, launched after approximately five years of trial brewing.
It uses 100% Iwate Prefecture rice for all its ingredients, pursuing food-friendly sake with a balance of sweetness and acidity as its theme.
It is a limited-distribution brand that continually challenges itself by returning to the origins of sake brewing.
