"Okuroku" is a limited-release brand launched by Iwate Meijo in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, after approximately five years of experimental brewing, exclusively for contracted retailers.
It uses 100% Iwate-grown rice as its raw material and pursues a food-friendly sake with a theme of balancing sweetness and acidity.
This is a limited-distribution brand for contracted retailers that continues to challenge itself, returning to the origin of sake brewing.
