Refreshing acidity and a light finish

The rice used is "Kamenoo" from Kanegasaki Town, Iwate Prefecture, which has been cultivated under contract for approximately 30 years.
The brewing process using white koji is a single-stage fermentation, resulting in an elegant and soft acidity balanced with a subtle sweetness.

Upon tasting, the refreshing acidity and fruity notes derived from the white koji spread pleasantly, accompanied by a well-balanced, light sweetness.
With its low alcohol content, it has a light and easy-drinking character, making it appealingly approachable and easy to keep drinking.
The aftertaste leaves a gentle, fresh sweet-and-sour sensation, allowing you to enjoy a light finish.

This is a low-alcohol junmai-shu that is light yet offers a wide range of flavors, making it very enjoyable to drink.

"Okuroku" is a limited-edition brand for special retailers, launched by Iwate Meijo in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, after approximately five years of experimental brewing.
