The color derived from the barrel is adjusted to the very limit to meet the standards for authentic shochu, resulting in a deep flavor.
When poured into a glass, the rich vanilla aroma unique to barrel aging rises, and when tasted, it spreads with a gentle and mellow mouthfeel, pleasant sweetness, and richness.
