However, this sake dared to win a gold medal as a Junmai Ginjo with a 55% polishing ratio. It was highly acclaimed in the sake brewing industry as an unprecedented achievement that defied conventional wisdom.

Following last year's award, it has been refined to achieve even greater perfection.
