Shichiken sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, honjozo 1800ml
[Shichiken Kansanshinsibu Honjozo]
Locally Loved Honjozo Sake
This honjozo sake is brewed in Hakushu, a region known for its pristine waters, using the subterranean water from Mt. Kaikomagatake in the Southern Alps.
It uses "Hitogokochi" and "Asahi no Yume" rice grown by contract farmers in the higher elevation areas of Hokuto City.
By allowing it to mature slowly in the brewery, the light umami of the rice is brought out.
This sake can be enjoyed from chilled to warmed, making it a great pairing with meals.
