Very easy to use potato shochu

It is made using golden Sengan potatoes from the local town of Okuma, and is aged for 18 months using traditional methods, black koji, and atmospheric distillation.

It has a clean taste and the soft sweetness of potato, and is smooth and easy to drink, but has a firm core.
This is a sweet potato shochu that can be enjoyed on the rocks or mixed with hot water, making it very easy to drink.
