A wine that evokes the southern sun

A south-facing sloped field in Hinata, Esohara, Yamanashi City.
The wine is grown in a hedgerow and mixed with southern Vitis vinifera. It is sunny enough that you can feel the heat even in winter, and spring comes early. Since 2018, it has been aged in old barrels for one year and bottled for one year before being released.

The Mourvedre and Tannat are well ripe, bringing out the good black spice of Mourvedre as always.
Although it has the fruitiness and heat of a southern variety, the overall strength seems to slowly open up, and it is well-balanced, with a particularly pleasant "balance with the earthy aroma."
