A wine that evokes the southern sun

A field on a south-facing slope in Esohara Hyuga, Yamanashi City.
Southern vinifera is mixed in hedge cultivation. The sun is so bright that you can feel the heat even in winter, and spring comes early. It was released in 2018 after 1 year of aging in old barrels and 1 year of bottle aging.

The deep black of the previous years has turned into a modest garnet color.
Immediately on the rise, it's gorgeous, with purple flowers like hydrangeas and violets, and a spicy hint of pepper.
I finally feel the usual cinnamon globe scent in my mouth.

The fruit is brighter than usual, and the astringent flavor creates a good balance.
