Momo is a wine that is defined as a rosé sparkling wine made by mixing Muscat Bailey A, a variety bred in Japan, with white grapes.

It is a blend of Muscat Bailey A, which has a strong strawberry-like fruitiness, and Seibel, which is full of tropical fruit flavors.

Although it has a slightly weak gassiness, this wine makes good use of the characteristics of the variety.
Even after the gas has escaped, this rosé wine can be enjoyed chilled, so please enjoy it at various times.

Fattoria AL FIORE produces wine in a renovated gymnasium of a closed school in Miyagi Prefecture.
