The latest rosé of Kubodaira wine, which is conscious of the expression of regional characteristics.

A rosé wine made mainly from Muscat Bailey A grown in the Kubodaira district of Yamanashi Prefecture, where the winery is located, mixed with black and white European varieties such as Armoir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sangiovese.

The 2021 vintage is simply made with a stainless steel tank and does not use sulfites, aiming for a clean and gentle build.
A mature dry rosé wine with a clear berry taste and a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

No antioxidants (sulfites) added.
