A sake brewery located at the eastern end of Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, using high-quality soft water pumped from underground and Hiroshima-produced rice suitable for sake brewing, Senbon Nishiki, which has been polished to a 65% ratio, and Hiroshima Ginjo yeast is used to create a rich taste and mouthfeel. It's finished with a good sake.
By omitting the activated carbon filtration process, the flavor of the original sake is retained more strongly.
It is an attractive sake with a gorgeous aroma derived from Hiroshima Ginjo yeast and a rich taste of plump rice.

Founded in 1916 in a warehouse located in the eastern part of Hiroshima city .
Behind the brewery is a rocky mountain called Mt. Iwataki, from which soft, high-quality water flows. The brewing water for the old company is also drawn from the underground water of Mt. Iwataki from a well dug on the premises.
