Every year we continue to improve our production by lowering the storage temperature and shortening the storage period for the raw sake after fermentation, and we continue to walk the path of dry winemaking.

Although it is very dry, the flavor develops smoothly and has an excellent crispness.
It brings out the flavor of seafood and other dishes, and the more you drink the better it becomes.
