Kirei (Kirei) Banjisake Sakazuki no Naka Junmai 1800ml
[Kimei Banji Sake Cup Junmai]
Great value for money! A great ally for drinking at home!
A gentle rice aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the umami of the rice spreads throughout your mouth, with a moderate acidity and a smooth, crisp finish that makes you want to drink more and more. This is a pure rice sake. Although it is made with only 80% polishing, the taste is free of any unpleasant flavors, which is truly impressive!
Of course, cold sake is delicious, but warm sake is also recommended!
About Kirei Sake Brewery
Founded in 1868 .
When the brewery was founded, it was called "Yoshidaya" and the sake it produced was known as "Yoshidaya Sake". Later, it was named "Kamei" after the symbol of longevity, "A crane lives for a thousand years, a turtle lives for ten thousand years."
In 1939 , the company name was changed to Kirei Sake Brewery .
Sake brewing in Hiroshima, including Saijo, mainly focuses on sweet sake that makes use of soft water, but Kirei Sake Brewery is particular about making dry sake.
In 1917 , at the National Sake Tasting Competition, the company was the first to receive the Honorary Award, which is given to breweries that have won consecutive awards, along with Gekkeikan from Kyoto and Kamozuru from Hiroshima.
Since then, the brewery has won numerous awards and continues to attract enthusiasts as a popular winery.
