This product is a collaboration between students from the Department of Planning and Design, Faculty of Design, Tohoku Institute of Technology and Higashi-no-Roku Sake Brewery, based on the idea that ``I want young people to know about and drink delicious Japanese sake.''

The product name ``Nandodemo'' was chosen to take advantage of the characteristics of Tsuyahime rice, which is delicious both freshly cooked and cold, and to mean ``delicious at any temperature'' and ``enjoyable no matter how many times you drink it.'' .

It has a soft texture and is easy to drink, so it is recommended as an introductory drink to Japanese sake.
