Shidaizumi Junmai Ginjo Radio Masamune 1800ml
[Shitaizume Junmai Ginjo Radio Masamune]
Retro-modern Shizuoka Ginjo-style Kimoto!
This is a reissued brew named after "Radio Masamune," a brand of sake that was brewed in Shitazumi using the kimoto method before the war.
It was named to commemorate the fact that the second generation owner of Shidaizumi Sake Brewery was the first person in the village to purchase a radio in the early Showa period, when radios had just been released on the market.
When you see a retro label and kimoto brewing, you might think of a rich-tasting kimoto sake for connoisseurs, but this is Shidaizumi Sake Brewery.
The result is a finish that combines the elegant lightness of ginjo brewing with the deep flavor of the traditional kimoto brewing method.
