Nowadays, there is an emphasis on low-temperature distribution and low-temperature management, as sake must be deleted, due to concerns that sake will go bad if it is not refrigerated.
This summer room-temperature aging is a somewhat maniacal project that was born to prove Tamagawa's potential to deliberately manage unfiltered raw sake, which is a symbol of perishability, at room temperature.

It has a complex aged aroma, with a rich gentleness, strong flavor, and sweetness.
The acidity and bitterness become mellow as it ages, and the flavor and sweetness combine to fill your mouth.
