【Hiran Reborn Cloudy】

A New Frontier for Kijoshu: Reborn Light and Sweet Elegance

“HIRAN Reborn” is an enchanting Hiran-style Kijoshu that retains the original flavor of Kijoshu, yet is delightfully drinkable and never tiresome.
Reborn Cloudy was born from a desire to express the fresh carbonation and lively flavor unique to unpasteurized sake, which couldn't be fully achieved with previous Reborn Namazake.

This pleasant cloudy sake contains a generous amount of lees to bring out its fresh sake characteristics.
Compared to typical cloudy sakes, its texture is not overly heavy, and it has a light mouthfeel.
A key feature is the unprecedented freshness achieved through thorough fermentation.

With an emphasis on appearance, the Reborn series' first clear bottle visually expresses the name "Cloudy" with fine lees dancing within.
From its beautiful appearance to its expansive flavor, you can fully enjoy the new charms of Reborn.

・Origin of the name "Hiran"
During the Age of Discovery, Hirado was an important port in the world.
The western capital of Firando, Hirado.
Navigators called Hirado "Firando,"
and in an even older era, Hirado was called "Hiran."
With the goal of brewing sake that conveys the terroir of Hirado, we named our brand "Hiran," after the ancient, romantic name for Hirado.
