[Shingen Shusse Sake Junmai Ginjo]
It is originally an alcoholic beverage for shipment to Europe and America.
We use all Hitogokochi from Yamanashi Prefecture.
This is a drink that lets you feel the spirit of Takeda Shingen, the strongest warrior god of the Sengoku period.
It's a smooth, easy-drinking, well-balanced sake.
At the actual store, you can of course use it as a souvenir from your trip to Yamanashi.
It is also used as a gift to celebrate graduation and employment due to its name ``Shusse Sake''.
○ From the Taikan Sake Brewery official website
The origin of the name ``Taikan'' comes from ``Taikan,'' which is said to be bitten by military officers who have been promoted and celebrated their future prospects.
Taikan is a sake so named because it goes well with celebratory occasions. The company was founded in 1896 and has a history of over 120 years.
The brewery is located in the Southern Alps, and in a clean environment, Yoshimitsu Kikuchi (Suwa chief brewer), who became chief brewer at the tender age of 32 , brews the gold medal-winning sake ``Taikan Daiginjo.''
Flexible sensibilities due to youth, honed skills, and teamwork. The teachings of Takeda Shingen, who aimed to build a nation through harmony among people, are alive and well here.
