Unlike the regular "Nozomi Splash," this sake uses a unique approach to the rice used, the rice polishing ratio, and the yeast.
Tonoike Sake Brewery's master brewer, Ono, sets a theme each year and brews unlimited sake with his own unique ideas.

It has a sweet fruity flavor reminiscent of white peach and apple, with hints of ripe banana.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be hit with a tropical aroma, and immediately after opening, a subtle gassy sensation creates a fresh feeling.
Over time, the taste develops into a smooth and lustrous finish.

While taking advantage of the light flavor that is unique to Gohyakumangoku, it is layered with elegant sweetness and just the right amount of acidity to create a rich and well-balanced taste.
