For the first time in the Ryoko series, Junmai Ginjo sake made entirely from Niigata Prefecture and polished to 55%.
It is brewed with the aim of achieving both a dry taste and aroma.
It has a rounded scent like apples and ripe bananas, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing taste like berries and a soft thickness derived from koji.
The Ryoko-ryu style of Niigata dry sake is distinct from the light and dry sake, with a strong dry aftertaste.
