"Yamagata Masamune Dry Junmai" is Yamagata Masamune's representative Junmai sake and the most popular dry sake. Despite its dry sake meter value of +8, it is very well-balanced and does not feel dry.

With one sip, the elegant aroma and soft rice flavor fill your mouth. It has a mild spiciness, a very crisp taste, and a refreshing aftertaste. It goes well with any dish, and is also recommended as a drink to have with a meal.
