[Fudo Junmai Daiginjo Summer Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake]

This sake is great when it's hot!

This is a summer limited edition sake that is released from the brewery every year in early summer after aging at low temperatures for about two months without any pasteurization, preserving the fresh taste of the sake pressed in the spring.

A gorgeous aroma reminiscent of apples and melons.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the smooth, moist sweetness and flavor, with a clean aftertaste.
This Junmai Daiginjo is not too flashy, so you can enjoy a glass of it even on a hot day.

・Excerpt from Nabeten's official website In the second year of the Genroku era, Nabeten set up a brewery in front of the gates of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and began brewing sake.
The brewery has now moved to the rural countryside of Kanzaki Town in Katori County, where they brew "Jinyuu" and "Fudo."
For a long time, sake brewing has been entrusted to master brewers, such as Niigata master brewers and Nanbu master brewers.
Wanting to make "sake with distinctive character using our own efforts," we began brewing sake entirely in-house in 1997.
All processes are carried out by our own staff, and we are constantly aware of the quality of the sake at each stage.
Our number one priority is to ship products that many customers will consider "delicious!"
There is alcohol between people, and there is alcohol between hearts. My mission is to make sake that resonates with such hearts.
