【Shichiken Fūrinbiyama Junmai】

A refreshing dry sake with an outstanding rice umami

With a focus on the rich umami of rice that spreads across the palate and the fruity ginjo aroma that wafts through the nose, this sake has a clean, slightly dry finish.
It uses "Hitogokochi" and "Asahi no Yume" rice, grown by contract farmers in the higher elevations of Hokuto City.
