A noble Togakushi with a gorgeous aroma, mellow and smooth, that will capture the hearts of slightly dry drinkers.
The aged version of this sake has a ginjo aroma similar to ripe bananas. The flavor is moderately voluminous, with a dense umami flavor, and a wonderful aftertaste that is perfect for autumn.

It is a limited-edition product that uses junmai daiginjo shubo, a unique handmade brew without adding enzymes, and is a special bottle of freshly squeezed unblended whiskey that is packed without heating.
