This is a regular sweet potato shochu from Okurasama Sata Soni Shoten, which makes the popular brand "Seikou Uyomi".
Black rice malt is prepared using potatoes grown by local contracted farmers.
This shochu has a gentle and calming flavor, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a lovely taste that makes you feel as if you are eating a Japanese confectionery with white strained bean paste.
