The koji is made from carefully selected rice and barley, and the subsoil water from the Shukuko River system is used to brew it in traditional jars. In order to realize local production for local consumption, we purchase ingredients from local farmers' groups and start making not only shochu but also liqueurs. New initiatives were added to traditional shochu making, and the appeal of the brewery expanded.
