Sweet potatoes are my favorite food This shochu was born from the pure and clear natural spring water of Nanakubo, cross-shaped, and is a sublimation of the earth dragon and the spirit of water. It is the energy of the earth, so to speak. And that force keeps rotating, and it is life itself that fills the earth and spreads out, nourishing the souls of the people, and thus fulfilling the role of the shochu.
