Sashimi mari with a subtle and elegant fragrance

Tamari soy sauce is produced mainly in the three Tokai prefectures and is made by carefully fermenting soybeans as the main ingredient.
It is said to be the origin of soy sauce, and is characterized by its rich flavor and umami.

Morita's Tamari makes full use of the richness and flavor derived from soybeans, thanks to the brewing techniques that have been cultivated in Aichi, the birthplace of Tamari, since the Edo period.
