A refreshing white wine with a well-balanced fruity, sweet and sour taste.
It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif or dessert wine.

"Hara Shigeru" is the family name, which was chosen because the place was long ago called Hara and because successive generations of the family had inherited the name Shigezaemon.
Founded in 1924, the company has 1.5 hectares of its own vineyards and 4 hectares of vineyards contracted with local farmers, with an annual production of 50 kiloliters. The company cultivates grape varieties such as Koshu, Yamanashi's representative variety, as well as Chardonnay, Merlot, and Yama Sauvignon.
