Barrel-fermented and aged for approximately 6 months in 225L barrels. Roughly 7:3 Kyoho to Shine Muscat ratio.

A pale plum color with a slight cloudiness. Notes of lime, grapefruit, and young tree fruits.
With time, it develops a vibrant fruity aroma reminiscent of melon and lychee.
On the palate, it's soft with flavors of yogurt and butter, and as the temperature rises, a hint of toast emerges, followed by a crisp finish of green apple.
Given its sharp aroma, a chilled, narrow glass is recommended. It would pair well with a salad featuring seasonal sweet fruits. It's also versatile enough to complement a diverse assortment of appetizers (hassun). I believe it's a versatile, light-bodied all-rounder.
