Kyoeido's 2023 Spring Release Sparkling Rosé

The grapes were direct-pressed using the "dan-jikomi" (sequential preparation) method, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then aged in medium-sized barrels for three months.
After riddling (pupitre), the wine was disgorged with the addition of sulfites.
