This new wine was named with the desire for people to feel a connection to the land where the grapes grow and the wine is born, while retaining the same approachable character as "Naćho," which is exclusively sold within Takayama Village.

With refreshing acidity combined with aromas of lemon and white flowers, it has a refreshing and approachable finish.

To allow people to enjoy the wine without preconceptions, the grape varietals used are undisclosed.
The winemaking process aims to subtly convey the characteristics that the geographical factors of Takayama Village in northern Nagano Prefecture (the home of Shinshu Takayama Winery) and the differing climates each year bring to the wine.

Before the Shinshu Takayama Winery was established, wine grapes were cultivated for many years and supplied to wineries outside the village, receiving very high praise.
Farmers with a strong desire to one day make wine from their own cultivated grapes took the initiative to begin cultivation, brewing, and sales.

Specialists in cultivation and brewing create world-class wines from high-value-added vineyards that utilize the rich natural conditions of Takayama Village, which are suitable for fruit cultivation.
