A limited edition sweet potato shochu pre-mixed with brewing water!
This is an imo shochu with an alcohol content of 14 % , made by reviving a once-extinct sweet potato variety called " Tsurumu Genji " and pre-diluting it with the brewery's brewing water before aging .
The shochu is mixed with the brewery's brewing water ( 6 parts shochu : 4 parts water ) , so the water and shochu blend well together and the result is a very mellow drink.
The alcohol content is 14 %, so one of its charms is that you can enjoy it casually as is.
Of course, you can drink it chilled, but I recommend drinking it warm. You can enjoy the sweetness of the potato to the fullest!
