This is a carefully selected sweet potato shochu that is brewed in jars on the same day that carefully selected potatoes are harvested.
It has a punchy body, rich aroma, and a crisp aftertaste.
You can enjoy it with water, on the rocks, or with hot water, but we especially recommend it with hot water.

The history of the brewery begins in 1845, when Nishisukezaemon began making shochu at a location about 2km into the mountains from Fukiagehama Beach, one of Japan's three largest sand dunes.
Since then, with the support of local people, we have continued to study hard and work hard every day to create delicious sake.
We also produce sake and whiskey in Kagoshima, and organic wine in New Zealand.
We will continue to devote ourselves to brewing delicious sake based on our belief that "sake brewing is agriculture."
