Made using Kogane Senkan and aged in a turtle pot for over 3 years.
This sweet potato shochu has a deep flavor, sweetness, and aroma.
Slow aging brings out the flavor, resulting in a mellow and flavorful sweet potato shochu.

We use the same brewing jars that were used at the time of our founding, and thanks to the yeast in our warehouse, we have been able to maintain the tradition of handmade shochu.
We realize that our storehouse has been part of Kaida's history.
Marunishi Sake Brewery will continue to work hard to produce delicious shochu.
We sincerely hope to be a brewery that can contribute to the development of our hometown of Shibushi through the production of shochu.
