2023 Kagoshima Prefecture Authentic Shochu Appraisal Award Winning Sake!

Barley shochu is made by slowly fermenting moromi, which is the base of barley shochu, in a wooden container called a kioke, which combines cedar boards with a height of 7 cm.
Wooden barrels have excellent heat insulation and heat retention, so the mash during fermentation is not affected by changes in the outside temperature, and the gentle fermentation results in a high-quality mash.

Finished with normal pressure distillation to bring out the rich flavor of barley.
Please enjoy the round and mellow mouthfeel that is unique to wooden barrels and the gentle richness and sweetness of wheat.
