[Angel Temptation]

World-renowned long-term barrel-aged potato shochu

This sweet potato shochu has won the highest gold award and the highest category "trophy" at the IWSC (International Wine & Spirits Competition) in the past.

Dedicated unblended whiskey (alcohol content: 40%) aged for 10 years in carefully selected sherry barrels.
The color is light amber, and the faint sweetness and elegant umami that linger are definitely the characteristics of potatoes.
The depth and richness of the flavor, as well as the aroma that is unique to long-term aged sake, is a taste that expands the range of places where authentic shochu is drunk.

The name Angel's Temptation is derived from the fact that the amount is gradually reduced by alcohol volatilization during long-term aging, which is called "Angel's share".
