This sweet potato shochu is hand-brewed by the young chief brewer, Tetsumoto Wakamatsu.
It is made little by little in a wooden box called “Muro lid”, and both the primary and secondary preparations are carefully made by sticking to the old-fashioned hand-made method called “Kartsutsubo”.
You won't get tired of drinking it, characterized by its gentle texture and fragrant flavor.
It is a standard "potato-flavored shochu".
