This rice shochu has an appealing aroma and a mellow, rich sweetness, and is made by aging the completely handmade rice shochu raw liquor for a long time in five different types of oak barrels . The amber color is due to polyphenols such as tannins and catechol, and the aroma is comparable to that of the finest brandy.

・Scotch barrel
These are wooden barrels that have stored Scotch whisky that has been aged for more than three years.
