Rich and flavorful potato taste
The sweet potatoes used are fully ripe and grown using compost by a dedicated farmer in Kobayashi City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
The koji rice used is the sake brewing rice variety "Nishikai 134 " from Saga Prefecture and "Yumejuiro" from Kagoshima Prefecture, and this potato shochu has been brewed with the utmost care by the famous master brewer Yasuda Nobuhisa.
We pay careful attention to everything from the ingredients to the production process, and allow it to mature for a long time to create a mellow, full-bodied flavor.
The red part of the label represents Sakurajima, the symbol of Kagoshima Prefecture.
