To celebrate the release of the limited edition Katsu label, a donation was made to Omi Shrine in Hyuga City, Miyazaki Prefecture, which is home to some of the largest pebbles in Japan.
Drinking Katsu is a shochu that symbolizes good luck and the pursuit of victory.

A blend of three types of white koji sake brewed using sweet potatoes and water from various regions of Kagoshima Prefecture.
Finally, a small amount of black koji raw sake is blended in and further aged to create a unique flavor.

It has a sweet potato aroma and a gentle taste without any strong flavor.
