The gorgeous, full-bodied flavor of this sake brewed using yellow koji is described as a yellow vase.
It's great with hot water or with water for a fluffy drink.
The ratio is 5 parts yellow squid bottle to 5 parts hot water ( about 90℃ ) . Pour the hot water first, then add the shochu and it's done. You can enjoy the warm aroma of sweet potato.
It goes well with stews such as oden and other Japanese cuisine.

Marunishi Sake Brewery in Kagoshima designed the product based on the themes of "Enjoy this moment" and "Have a fun time."
