A sweet potato shochu that has been aged for over 5 years and has a rich aroma and a mellow aftertaste.

Made using Kawachi white koji malt and using our own cultivated ``Murasakimasari'' as raw material.
This is a luxurious potato shochu that has been aged and stored for over 5 years.

A gentle yet fruity scent.
The sweet, rich flavor of purple masari and the roundness that comes from aging.
It has a mellow finish and a long, elegant aftertaste.

We recommend drinking it on the rocks or with strong water.
