Potato shochu made with Kotobuki potatoes, also known as the red diamond
This is a carefully crafted sweet potato shochu made from Kotobuki sweet potatoes, red sweet potatoes grown in Kushima, Miyazaki, the land of the sun.
Although it is only 25 % alcohol, you can fully enjoy the rich aroma and sweetness and umami of red sweet potatoes, as well as the richness that comes from being brewed using black koji.

Jukai Shuzo was founded in 1985 ( Showa 60 ) by five shochu breweries that each had a history of over 100 years.
In 2010 , we changed our organization to a joint-stock company, and with the spirit of our noble brewery that has been passed down from generation to generation, we will continue to deliver authentic shochu, which can be said to be the culture of southern Kyushu.
