This barley shochu is made by distilling the unprocessed sake at atmospheric pressure, cooling it to -5 degrees, filtering it again, and then slowly aging it for a long period of time.
The scent of barley with a faint sweetness, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the aroma of barley and a faint sweetness, and the richness of roasted barley remains in the aftertaste.
Because the unblended whiskey is cooled and aged from filtration, it is a solid type, but there is no unpleasant taste or harshness, and it has a sharp finish that allows you to feel the original aroma and flavor of barley.
